Privacy

When you request a quote we collect what you type (name, email, phone, city, province, home details and your message), the page you sent it from and how you arrived (referrer and campaign tags). Incident, replacement and claim reports also store the details you enter; they are published only in anonymised, aggregated form — never your name, email or street address.

Polybutylene.ca uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Advertising storage is denied by default.

To answer your request, to share it — with your consent — with a replacement contractor so they can respond, to keep a record of the request, to prevent spam and abuse, and to understand which pages help people.

You can withdraw consent, ask to see or correct your information, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@hause.ca or calling 403-679-3100. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings. Canadian residents may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Polybutylene.ca is part of the HAUSE Network, an independent information and service-request network. HAUSE is not a plumbing contractor and does not perform work.
